NEG Employee Spotlight: Daniel Sandoval

Daniel Sandoval has been a loyal employee of USHG for the past 14 years. Daniel came to us as a young insecure lad when he first joined my team at Tabla. Over the years he has become an invaluable asset to our restaurant. He is hard working  and dependable. His sense of humor endears him to every employee. Daniel has a keen eye and notices anything that does not seem to be in place. He does not have to be told to do anything; he notices it and makes it happen. Daniel is also our go-to guy when we need someone to go to the Union Square Greenmarket. Daniel is always moving and never stops – he is our Energizer Bunny! – Chef Floyd Cardoz
