Daniel Sandoval has been a loyal employee of USHG for the past 14 years. Daniel came to us as a young insecure lad when he first joined my team at Tabla. Over the years he has become an invaluable asset to our restaurant. He is hard working and dependable. His sense of humor endears him to every employee. When Chef Cardoz learned that he would have an opportunity to tend an urban garden on the roof of the Conrad Hotel, he wasn’t anticipating the lush 1,000 sq.-foot rooftop farm overlooking the Hudson River, Freedom Tower, and Statue of Liberty that he now has.
